How do I make a reservation?
First, check the Availability Calendar. When you are ready to place your reservation, please contact Autumn, via email or click book now to send a request. Once availability is confirmed, we will mail a Contract for Rental form for you to sign and return with your deposit. Upon final payment, you will receive an additional packet that includes everything you need to plan your stay at the lodge.
What is the payment/cancellation policy?
A $250 deposit is due 7 days after you receive the Contract for Rental and is non-refundable 60 days prior to your arrival. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to scheduled date of arrival. A statement will be emailed to you around this time. If the balance is not received within that time frame, the reservation can be canceled and the deposit forfeited. We accept personal checks, cashier checks, money orders, or credit card via PayPal. Checks should be made payable to Corner Block Lodge. All notice of cancellations must be made to Autumn by email to cornerblocklodge@gmail.com. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the entire amount of the reservation. Changes are accepted at the sole discretion of the owners of Corner Block Lodge.
